The Auctores (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit theauctores.com or use our services, how we use that information, the third parties that process it on our behalf, and the rights you have over your data. What we collect

• Contact information you submit through the website chat or the contact form - typically your name, email, and the messages you send.
• Booking details when you schedule a call through our Calendly integration - name, email, and the meeting you booked.
• Anonymous usage data such as which pages you visited and how you reached us, collected through standard web analytics.

Third-party services we use

Your data may be processed by the following services so the site can work as intended:

• Calendly - to schedule discovery calls.
• OpenAI - to power the AI chat assistant on the “Build Your Plan” page.
• Supabase - to store blog engagement (views, likes, comments) and chat-generated lead summaries.
• Google Sheets / Apps Script - to log lead conversations for our sales team to follow up.
• Sanity - to manage and serve blog content.
• Vercel - to host and serve this website.
• Google Analytics 4 - to measure aggregate page-level traffic. We enable IP anonymisation and do not link this data to any personal information you submit.
• Microsoft Clarity - to record anonymised heatmaps and session replays so we can understand which parts of the site are confusing or broken. Clarity automatically masks text and form inputs by default.

Each of these services has its own privacy practices. Your data may be processed in regions outside India, including the United States and the European Union.

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiries and provide the services you ask about.
• To follow up on leads and schedule introductory calls.
• To improve the website and the relevance of our content.
• To comply with legal obligations, when applicable.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Your rights

Data retention

We keep contact information and lead conversations for as long as we have a reasonable business reason to do so - typically until you ask us to delete them, or until they are no longer needed for ongoing or potential business with you.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses essential cookies and similar technologies needed to deliver the site and embedded third-party tools (such as Calendly). We also use two analytics providers - Google Analytics 4 (page-level metrics with IP anonymisation enabled) and Microsoft Clarity (anonymised heatmaps and session replays with text and form inputs masked by default). Neither tool is used to identify you individually.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top.
